Direct Shopware Product Importing

Setup Steps

  1. Create Integration in Shopware admin (Settings > System > Integrations) with read-only product permissions
  2. Go to Sources > Product, select "Shopware Store Domain"
  3. Enter store URL, Access Key ID, and Secret Access Key
  4. Click Import

What You Get

  • Full product data: descriptions, prices, images, variants, stock levels, categories
  • Preview and remove unwanted products before training
  • Click Create/Retrain Chatbot to update your agent

Order Tracking AI Action

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Custom Actions in chatbot settings
  2. Enable Order Tracking action, select Shopware as platform
  3. Enter store URL, Access Key ID, and Secret Access Key with read-only order permissions

What You Get

  • Customers query order status by email or order number
  • Shows order status, tracking numbers, carrier info, line items, quantities, totals
  • Read-only access with customer verification

Real-Time Product Sync via Webhook

Setup Steps

  1. Install "Chat Data Webhook Plugin for Shopware 6" via Extensions > My Extensions > Upload Extension
  2. In Chat Data, go to Integrations tab, click Integrate with Shopware to get webhook URL
  3. Paste webhook URL into the plugin configuration in Shopware
  4. Copy webhook secret from the plugin to Chat Data integration modal
  5. Send a test event to verify connection (expect 200 status code)
