URL & UTM Parameter Tracking Now Available

With URL tracking, you can now understand exactly which pages your users are engaging with your chatbot and track the source of their visits through UTM parameters.
What's New?
- Automatic URL Tracking: When enabled, the system automatically captures the complete URL where users are interacting with your chatbot
- UTM Parameter Support: Track marketing campaign effectiveness by capturing UTM parameters from the page URL
- Page Context Awareness: Understand which specific pages are generating the most chatbot engagement
How to Enable
- Navigate to Settings > Chat Interface tab
- Look for the URL tracking toggle
- Enable the feature to start collecting URL data

Privacy Note
URL tracking respects user privacy and only collects URL data from pages where your chatbot is explicitly embedded. No additional user data is collected beyond what's already present in the URL.
