Live Chat Escalation Metrics

We've added Live Chat Escalation tracking to the analytics dashboard so you can see exactly how often conversations are escalated to human agents.

What's New

  • Escalation Timeline — A new chart in your analytics dashboard showing daily escalation counts, broken down by source (widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
  • Source Breakdown — Switch between timeline and pie chart views to understand which channels drive the most escalations
  • Public Dashboard Support — Share escalation metrics on your public analytics page alongside existing charts

Where to Find It

The Live Chat Escalations chart appears right after the Messages Timeline in your analytics dashboard. If you use the public metrics page, enable it under Settings > Analytics by selecting "Live Chat Escalations Timeline".

Page-Specific Conversation Starters

Your chatbot can now show tailored conversation starters based on the page your visitor is browsing.

  • Contextual starters — visitors see relevant conversation starters for the content they're viewing
  • AI-powered generation — instantly create starters for each page
  • Built-in translation — support your global audience with multilingual conversation starters
  • Automatic fallback — pages without custom starters use your chatbot's default conversation starters

Head over to Chat Interface > Suggestion Messages > Manage Page-Specific Starters to get started.
