We're excited to introduce Instagram integration for your chatbot, enabling direct customer communication through your Instagram business account. This update combines AI automation with human takeover capabilities for efficient customer service.

  • Connect your Business/Creator Instagram account

  • Requires Facebook Page connection

• Quick Setup:

  • Prerequisites: Instagram Professional Account + connected Facebook Page
  • Connect through Dashboard > [Chatbot] > Integrations
  • Link your Instagram and Facebook accounts
  • Test via QR code or INBOX link

• Important Notes:

  • Access token requires renewal every 60 days (email reminder sent 10 days prior)
  • Switch between AI and human responses through Live Chat dashboard
  • Configure automatic AI pause (up to 1 week) during setup
  • Messages handled through INBOX (Facebook) won't sync with Chat Data
  • Offline notifications available through Chat Data's interface
