5. Review the imported content by clicking the eye icon next to each file
6. Click **Create/Retrain Chatbot** to begin training with your Notion pages

### Important Notes

- Your selection determines which Notion pages Chat Data can access across all your agents and any Chat Data accounts linked to this Notion workspace
- Always keep previously selected pages for active agents selected
- Never deselect pages that are already selected
- If you only need a subset of pages, you can delete unwanted pages after importing
- Notion access permissions may take up to 20 seconds to propagate
- If files don't appear after importing, Notion may not have fully processed the access grant
- In this case, repeat from step 2 with the same page selection, which typically resolves the issue

## Automated Retraining with Notion

Create a single cron training job that automatically retrains your agent with the latest versions of your Notion pages:

1. Navigate to the Sources tab and select Notion
2. Click the **Add Cron Training Job** button
3. Select your preferred frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
4. Click **Save** to activate the scheduled retraining

### Important Notes About Automatic Retraining

- You can create only one Notion cron job per agent

## Background
With the WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram integrations, if the AI chatbot responds immediately after the user's message, it can easily be detected as an AI bot, leading to a poor user experience when using our AI bot for roleplay.

## New Feature
To address this, we've launched a feature to delay the AI agent's response for a configurable amount of time. You can configure the delay time range for each integration. The AI chatbot will randomly delay its response within the range you set, making it harder to detect as an AI bot.

To configure this, simply click the **WhatsApp**, **Messenger** or **Instagram** integration card in the **Integrations** tab.


For example, with the configuration above, the AI chatbot will randomly delay its response uniformly between 0 to 1800 seconds after the response has been generated.

Currently, the average delay time range is between 0 to 2 hours, with the variance range being less than the average time. Therefore, the maximum delay time is less than 4 hours.

- **Step-by-Step Integration Process:**
  - **Prerequisites:**
    - An Instagram Professional Account.
    - A Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account.
  - **Integration Steps:**
    1. Go to **Dashboard > [Chatbot] > Integrations** and select the Instagram integration card.
    2. Click the **Connect** button in the pop-up window.
    3. Sign in with your Facebook account and click **Continue**.
    4. Agree to connect your Instagram account with Chat Data, then enter your Instagram username and password, and click **Get started**.
    5. Choose the Facebook Page you want to link with your Instagram account.
    6. Review the selected Facebook Page and Instagram account (ensure the **Allow access to messages** option is checked) and click **Next**.
