Activity Log & Webhook Event Log

Two new dashboard tabs give you a complete picture of what's happening behind your agent: the Activity log records every configuration change your team makes, and the Webhook Events log records every webhook delivery your agent sends — so "who changed the prompt?" and "did that lead reach my CRM?" are now one click away.

What's New

  • Activity log per agent — Every settings change is recorded with who made it, when, and a before/after diff of the value. Changes are grouped by section (Prompt, Model, Security, Compliance, Webhooks, and more) so you can filter to exactly what you care about.
  • Readable diffs — Expanding a change highlights just the edited part of the value, even inside a long system prompt. Secrets and credentials are never stored in the log — the entry shows a change happened without exposing the value.
  • Workspace activity view — A separate timeline at Workspace > Activity for changes to the workspace itself: members invited, removed, or role-changed, agent access updated, agents created, deleted, or transferred between workspaces, API keys, SSO settings, sub-users, ownership transfers, and renames.
  • HIPAA access trail — For HIPAA-enabled workspaces, the log also records when a team member viewed or exported conversations and leads — the audit trail HIPAA requires, with no conversation content stored.
  • Webhook Events log per agent — Every delivery is listed with its status, HTTP code, latency, and attempt count, plus success-rate and latency stats per endpoint over any date range.
  • Failure details and one-click resend — Failed deliveries keep the endpoint's response so you can see why they failed, and lead-submission and live-chat-escalation events can be resent to your endpoint with one click.
  • Source deep links — Jump from any delivery straight to the conversation or lead that triggered it.

How to Use

  • Per agent — Open My Chatbots > [Chatbot] > Dashboard > Activity or Dashboard > Webhook Events.
  • For your workspace — Open Activity in the workspace navigation to see membership, agent-lifecycle, and workspace-level changes; each agent's own configuration history lives in that agent's Activity tab.
  • Resend a delivery — Expand a failed lead-submission or live-chat-escalation delivery and click Resend delivery; the payload is rebuilt from the current record and sent again.
  • Access — Per-agent logs are available to team members with write access to the agent (Owner, Admin, and Full roles); the workspace view additionally requires workspace-wide access, since it names agents across the whole workspace. Configuration and workspace changes are kept for 1 year, webhook deliveries for 30 days, and HIPAA access records for 6 years.

Open the Activity tab on any agent to see your change history — it starts recording from today.
