Agent Size Limit Increased To 33/44/55 Million Characters

on May 2, 2025We're excited to announce significant increases to our per-chatbot capacity limits! Our latest update allows each agent to hold substantially more data.
New Per-Chatbot Limits
- Entry Plan: 33 MB characters per chatbot
- Standard Plan: 44 MB characters per chatbot
- Professional Plan: 55 MB characters per chatbot
How It Works
While your account-level total capacity remains unchanged, you now have much more flexibility in how you allocate this capacity across your chatbots:
- Entry Plan: 22 MB total characters across 2 chatbot slots
- Standard Plan: 110 MB total characters
- Professional Plan: 400 MB total characters
You can allocate your full account capacity to a single chatbot (up to the per-chatbot limit) or distribute it across multiple chatbots according to your needs.
Additional Chatbot Slots
Need more capacity? You can subscribe to additional chatbot slots, with each add-on providing:
- 11 MB extra characters at the account level
- 1 additional chatbot slot
Example: Entry Plan
If you're on the Entry plan, you start with:
- 22 MB total characters
- 2 chatbot slots, each with a 33 MB maximum capacity
You could allocate all 22 MB to one chatbot, leaving the second chatbot with no capacity until you increase your limit.
If you subscribe to an additional chatbot slot, you'll get:
- An extra 11 MB characters (bringing your total to 33 MB)
- One more chatbot slot
You could then allocate that full 33 MB to a single chatbot, reaching its maximum limit under the Entry plan.
Understanding Your Capacity
A chatbot's actual capacity is always the lesser of:
- Your remaining unused account-level character limit
- The plan-based per-chatbot limit (33/44/55 MB)
This update gives you greater flexibility in how you distribute your total account capacity across different chatbots, allowing for more specialized and data-rich agents.
