The AI Agent Node Is Live

on October 23, 2026Workflows now have an AI Agent node. Give it a goal and the tools it may use, and it works through the task on its own: looking things up, taking action, asking the visitor when it needs more, and moving the workflow forward when the job is done.
What your agent can do
- Work through multi-step tasks. It uses your tools as many times as it needs, in whatever order the task calls for, and builds on each result.
- Search your knowledge base when it helps. It looks things up when a question calls for it, instead of on every message.
- Remember the conversation. What it found earlier stays with it, so visitors don't have to repeat themselves.
- Decide where the workflow goes next. You describe the outcomes, and the agent picks the right path when the task is finished.
- Use the actions you already know: web search, API calls, MCP servers, lead forms, appointments, documents and more.
Visitors see it working
On your website, visitors see what the agent is doing while it works, then get its answer as it is written.
See every step
Each run shows a plain step-by-step summary of what the agent did and what each step cost, so you can understand and fine-tune your agent quickly. Costs follow what the agent actually uses.
Get started
Open the workflow builder, add an AI Agent node, write its instructions, add the tools it may use and the outcomes it should reach, then try it in the test panel before you publish.
