Google Drive Training: Word, PDF and Shared Files

We're excited to make Google Drive training work with more of your content. Your AI agent can now learn from Word and PDF files in Drive, and the file picker shows every file you have access to, so team knowledge kept in shared drives is just a few clicks away.

What's New

  • More file types - Alongside Google Docs and Google Sheets, you can now import Word (.docx) and PDF files from Google Drive.
  • Files shared with you - The picker is no longer limited to files you own. Files your teammates share with you are ready to import.
  • Shared drives - A new Shared drives tab lets you browse your organization's shared drives and pick files from them.

How It Works

  • Same import flow - Connect your Google account, pick your files and train, exactly as before.
  • Stay up to date - Retrain any time to pull in the latest edits from Drive.

Get Started

  • Open Google Drive sources - My Chatbots > [Chatbot] > Sources > Google Drive, then pick your files.
