More AI Models for Interactive Visual Responses
Samuel Su
on June 16, 2026When you switch your chatbot to interactive visual responses, it can show forms, product cards, carousels, buttons, confirmation cards, and tables right inside the conversation instead of replying with plain text. Until now, only a small set of models could generate these interactive experiences. We've expanded that lineup so you can pair richer visual responses with our newest, most capable models.
More Models for Interactive Responses
You can now generate interactive visual responses with a broader set of our latest models:
- Claude 4.6 Sonnet — our most capable Sonnet model, with top-tier reasoning and a large context window for complex, detailed interactions.
- Claude 4.5 Sonnet — excellent all-around quality for agents, support, and structured responses.
- GPT-5.2 — strong general-purpose performance for a wide range of use cases.
- Gemini 3.1 Pro — advanced reasoning with a massive context window at a competitive price.
- Gemini 3.1 Flash — a quick, lightweight choice when speed matters most.
Whatever balance of quality, speed, and cost you're after, you can now match it to your interactive experiences.
How to Choose Your Model
- Open your Chatbot Settings.
- Switch your Response Format to Interactive (if you haven't already).
- Select the model you want from the model list.
- Save your changes.
Your chatbot will now use the model you picked to generate forms, cards, carousels, buttons, and tables in your conversations.
Goodbye, Claude 4 Sonnet
As part of this update, we've retired Claude 4 Sonnet. It has been replaced by the newer Claude 4.5 Sonnet and Claude 4.6 Sonnet, which deliver better reasoning, coding, and overall quality at the same per-message cost. If you were using Claude 4 Sonnet, we recommend switching to Claude 4.5 Sonnet or Claude 4.6 Sonnet for an even better experience.
