PrestaShop product direct training now correctly maps images to the right product variant, so your chatbot shows accurate visuals for every variant.

What Changed

Previously, when training products from PrestaShop, variant images could be assigned incorrectly — all variants might share the same set of images, or images could end up on the wrong variant. This led to inaccurate product representations in chatbot responses.

Now, each variant's images are correctly matched to the corresponding variant during direct training.

How It Works

• Correct image-to-variant mapping — During product import, the system identifies which images belong to which variant and assigns them accordingly.
• Per-variant accuracy — Each product variant displays only its own images, not images from other variants.
