  • Your WhatsApp app replies now sync everywhere. A message you send to a customer directly from WhatsApp (phone, tablet, or WhatsApp Web) is mirrored into your Chat Data live-chat dashboard and saved to the conversation history in real time.
  • Auto bot-off triggers from the app too. The moment you reply manually, the AI pauses for that conversation (using your bot's auto-off window, 30 minutes by default) — so it won't reply over you. This used to happen only when you replied from the Chat Data dashboard; now it works whether you reply from the dashboard or your own WhatsApp app.
