Introducing Workspaces

We've fundamentally rethought how teams collaborate on Chat Data. Until now, your subscription lived on the individual user level — your plan, credits, quotas, and AI agents were all tied to a single account. That made it hard for teams to share work, manage billing together, or keep separate plans for separate projects.

Today we're excited to introduce Workspaces.

A new home for your team and your billing

A workspace is now the source of truth for your subscription plan, credits, and quotas. Instead of everything hanging off one personal account, your AI agents now live inside a workspace that your whole team can collaborate in.

What you can do with Workspaces

• Manage multiple workspaces at once. A single user can belong to and manage several workspaces simultaneously — for example, one per client, brand, or department — each with its own subscription plan.

• Invite teammates. Add team members to a workspace so they can help build, train, and manage your AI agents alongside you.

• Assign permissions flexibly. When you invite a member, you decide their reach:

  • Grant them permissions across all chatbots in the workspace, or
  • Scope them to only the selected AI agents you choose.

• Transfer ownership. If you ever leave the team, you can transfer the workspace to another member so the agents, billing, and history stay intact.

• Never without a workspace. Every user is guaranteed to belong to at least one workspace. If you're removed from your last one, a replacement workspace is created automatically — you'll always have a place to manage your agents.

Why it matters

Workspaces unlock real team collaboration and clean separation of billing. Agencies can keep each client on its own plan. Larger teams can split work across departments. And everyone gets fine-grained control over exactly which agents each teammate can touch.
