We're excited to introduce Facebook Messenger integration for your chatbot, enabling direct customer communication through your Facebook Pages. This update combines AI automation with human takeover capabilities and includes batch messaging support through our Make workflow template.

Quick Setup:
- Connect through Dashboard > [Chatbot] > Integrations
- Select your Facebook Page and grant permissions
- Test via QR code or INBOX link

Important Notes:
- Access token requires renewal every 60 days (email reminder sent 10 days prior)
- Switch between AI and human responses through Live Chat dashboard
- Configure automatic AI pause (up to 1 week) during setup
- Messages handled through INBOX (Facebook) won't sync with Chat Data
- Offline notifications available through Chat Data's interface
