Previously, WhatsApp’s AI integration restricted live interactions once a phone number was connected. Now, with this update, you can personally step in and handle complex customer queries across all three platforms!

💡 How It Works:

  • ✅ Live Chat Control – Select any conversation thread in the Live Chat dashboard.
  • ✅ AI Toggle – Disable the AI chatbot while engaging with the customer to prevent interruptions.
  • ✅ Direct Messaging – Your responses will be delivered straight to the customer’s app (WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram).
  • ✅ Offline Notifications – If the AI is disabled and you’re offline, you’ll receive an email alert with a chat link whenever a customer replies.
