Sender Email White Labeling

we are excited to launch the Sender Email White Labeling feature for you.

Previously, all our notification emails—including daily conversation summaries, daily leads summaries, live chat escalation notifications, and new message notifications—were sent from Chat Data's email address. This approach didn't align with the branding needs of our white labeling customers who wish to represent everything under their own brand.

Introducing Email White Labeling

If you are on our Reseller or Professional plan, you can now configure this feature by navigating to Settings > White Labeling. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Add a Customer Email: Input the email address you want your notifications to be sent from.
  2. Update Your DNS: Update your DNS settings as indicated in the provided table.
  3. Enjoy Rebranded Notifications: All emails related to your chatbot will now be sent from your specified email address instead of Chat Data’s.

For example, a live chat escalation notification will now reflect your own brand’s email address, giving your communications a more personalized and professional touch.

We believe this enhancement makes white labeling more complete and thorough. Stay tuned—more email notification options will be added in the future to further enhance your branding impact.

We're excited to introduce Team Management for better chatbot collaboration!

Key Features

  • Team Size Limits: Free (0), Entry (5), Standard (20), Professional (1000) members
  • Access Management: Manage team members through the Settings > Members tab

Permission Levels

  • Read: View configurations and chat
  • Train: Train chatbot
  • Full: Edit configurations, train, and integrate
  • Admin: Full access plus member management
  • Owner: Complete control with ownership transfer rights

Quick Start

  1. Go to Settings > Members
  2. Click Invite a member
  3. Enter email and set permissions

Note: Invitees must have a Chat Data account

Audio Input & Output Feature Launch!

What’s New?

  • Speak & Hear:
    Users can now click the microphone icon in the chatbot widget—or in Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, and Slack integrations—to speak directly with your chatbot. Once the chatbot responds, simply click the text to hear the transcribed audio.

  • Multilingual Capabilities:

    • Audio input now supports 159 locales.
    • Enjoy responses with one of 519 voices across 152 locales.
    • Our multilingual voice detection and audio player ensure a seamless experience.
  • Customizable Settings:
    This feature is automatically enabled for all paid customers at no extra cost with these default settings:

    • Default Locales: en-US, zh-CN, and es-ES
    • Default Voice: en-US-RyanMultilingualNeural
      To adjust your preferred locales (up to four for voice-to-text detection) and voices, simply go to Settings > Chat Interface. You can also disable the feature if desired.

How It Works:

  1. Activate Audio:
    Click the microphone icon to speak with your chatbot.
  2. Multiplatform Support:
    Enjoy audio interactions across our chatbot widget and popular platforms like Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, and Slack.
  3. Listen to Responses:
    After receiving a text response, click on it to hear the audio output in your selected voice.

Get started by connecting your WhatsApp account through the Integrations tab on your Dashboard. Note: Your WhatsApp number must be exclusively dedicated to the chatbot service.

We're excited to introduce Facebook Messenger integration for your chatbot, enabling direct customer communication through your Facebook Pages. This update combines AI automation with human takeover capabilities and includes batch messaging support through our Make workflow template.

Key Features:

  • Facebook Messenger Integration:

    • Connect your chatbot to Facebook Pages
    • Automated responses with human takeover option
    • Batch messaging support via Make workflow
  • Quick Setup:

    • Connect through Dashboard > [Chatbot] > Integrations
    • Select your Facebook Page and grant permissions
    • Test via QR code or INBOX link
  • Important Notes:

    • Access token requires renewal every 60 days (email reminder sent 10 days prior)
    • Switch between AI and human responses through Live Chat dashboard
    • Configure automatic AI pause (up to 1 week) during setup
    • Messages handled through INBOX (Facebook) won't sync with Chat Data
    • Offline notifications available through Chat Data's interface
