Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar in your Crisp dashboard.
Click on Billing, then select Plans & Subscriptions to view your current plan.
Click the 'Change Plan' button to open the plan selection options.
Select the 'Free' plan to cancel your paid subscription. This takes effect immediately and prevents future charges.
