Sign in to your Intercom workspace at app.intercom.com with admin credentials.
Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar in your Intercom dashboard.
Click on Subscription, then select Billing to view your current plan details.
Select 'Payment details' at the top of the billing page.
Scroll down and click 'Cancel subscription.' Confirm your decision when prompted.
You will retain access to Intercom until the end of your current billing period. Check your email for confirmation.
